Okay I guess I'll start:

I think he'll last less than a year before somebody gets through his security with a gun. There are still KKKs, Skinheads, and whatnot who just aren't happy with a black president. Not to mentions his poor family- welcome to the fishbowl for them. Though I suppose he's better than McCain, that guy would've keeled over before anyone got a chance to try and kill him.

Yes, I am rather mean about American politcs. If they won't take it seriously then I can't really do so either.

I think Obama is like...way cool If he actually gets that change he's always talking about, implemented, I think this is a great thing for the world and Canada. Cause with economic crises and global warming, that's exactly what we need - change.
Other people think McCain would be better, but I really don't get why. After all, he DOES look like he's gonna drop dead anytime. And he's all for conservatism...not sure if that's what we need right now.

Also, with Obama, the war in Iraq is hopefully going to be over, and then more troops will be deployed in Afghanistan. Right now Canadian troops are kind of losing ground; with the Americans it will be quite a bit better for them.
