EWW FOR PROVINCIALS!!!!

Like seriously, I don't see the point... WHY do I have to know how to graph the perpendicular line of y=2x+4? Something's not right.
And you know what REALLY sucks? Mr. Harwood keeps talking about how we already know all this Gr.9 stuff and we have an advantage in math contests and stuff; HELLO? I haven't even TAKEN Math 9!!?! I didn't even APPLY for Math 10 Enriched!!! I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN THIS CLASS!!!

Ouch... just ouch. Math 9 so far is just a lot of algebra (stupid X, why can't X just solve it's own problems?!) but I'm still having a little trouble. You get so many things in one problem and it starts to confuzzle. I don't really know what else to say. Hope things get better for you.

Math 9 is easy peasy. It's all:
(9x^2 + 3x^2)/x=3
Find x.

Simplify:
(3xy^2z^19 x 9xz)/xy^3z^2

Simple.

But with Math 10:

Simplify:
(I'll use |~ as the root sign)
3|~2 + 8|~12

And that's not even hard.

Graph the line perpendicular to 2x + 4 - 4y = 0
??

As I said, it's stupid.

You know that's what I never understood. You can have like Math 10 Enriched or say Math 10 Essentials. Both of them are abreviated to Math 10E so how the heck do you know what the person is taking?

Well I'm just saying Math 10 E because I'm too lazy to type it out, but I guess you have a point...Seriously though, would you catch me in an Essentials class doing anything but helping someone?
